With a background in education and a natural talent for connecting with people, Emma Lomax brings warmth, precision, and a deep sense of purpose to her role at Jon & Jon Medical. 

After earning her degree at the University of Chichester in the UK, Emma spent four years teaching — honing her skills in communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving. Since relocating to Australia in 2024, she’s channeled those strengths into medical recruitment, where she now focuses on supporting doctors in finding their ideal locum opportunities.

Emma grew up by the beach in Bognor Regis — officially the sunniest place in the UK — and she brings that sunny outlook to everything she does. A lover of movement and adventure, she enjoys Pilates, netball, and travelling. Her favourite destination so far? Vietnam — mostly for the bánh mì and phở (which she insists are worth the trip alone!).
