He successfully placed a locum psychiatrist in a 3-month role at a major hospital in the ACT. This placement proved to be a resounding success, with the doctor making a positive impact not only on their patients but also on the entire department. This experience solidified Ryan's belief in the power of finding the right locum placements that benefit both the doctor and the healthcare facility.

Ryan is a dedicated football enthusiast, loyally supporting AFC Bournemouth from afar (no matter the hour) and following Sydney FC home and away. He also plays at a high level himself, showing passion on and off the field. Beyond sport, Ryan enjoys travelling across the world with his partner (with Japan high on the list), catching up with mates over a beer or on the golf course, and spending time with his beloved cat, Ellie.
