About Vicky

With over two decades of experience across sales, operations, and leadership — including 15 years in medical recruitment across both Australia and the UK — Vicky brings a rare blend of commercial acumen and heartfelt leadership to her role as General Manager at Jon & Jon Medical.  From London to Sydney, Vicky’s journey has been anything but ordinary — and her passion for building high-performing teams and driving business growth through people-first strategies is what sets her apart.

Memorable Moments:

One of Vicky’s proudest achievements came in Mount Isa (fun fact - with only 20,000 population it is in the Guinness Book of Records for being the largest city in the world by geographical area).. The Hospital had long struggled to attract Paediatricians. She successfully placed two doctors who shared the role and ultimately became joint Department Directors. Their presence transformed the hospital and made a lasting impact on the local community — a testament to the long-term value of getting recruitment right.

Vicky’s Approach:

Vicky leads with heart and strategy in equal measure. She's known for her calm authority, clear vision, and ability to balance commercial goals with genuine human connection. A strong believer in the power of teamwork, she builds lasting relationships with staff, clients, and partners — always with an eye toward long-term success.

Outside of Work:

Vicky grew up on a farm in the UK’s Lake District and brings that grounded perspective to everything she does. She's a mum to two daughters and a toy cavoodle named Pretzel — the original child of the family. Her path to medical recruitment started unexpectedly after a stint as a holiday rep in Greece whilst completing a degree in Fashion Design, and she’s never looked back. These days, she’s most likely found juggling work and family life with weekends spent on the beach in the Caravan.
